Today is our niece Lauren's birthday. She is four years old! It makes me want to cry. We are both so in love with her. I can't imaginge what I will feel for my own children because I don't think I could love anyone more than I love her. Happy 4th birthday Pumpkin!

You always have the cutest backgrounds! Where do you get them from? Oh, and by the way, I totally understand about not believing you could love anyone more then your niece,I feel the same way about my niece and nephews. They are so precious, aren't they!
you guys'll get a kick out of this. today when i was playing paper princess dolls with lauren (so far her favorite bday present) she kicked up the grammar a notch.
all of the princesses had just finished marrying prince phillip (the dinosaur) and i (playing belle — by her suggestion) asked her "what will we do now?" lauren said, and i quote, "let's go to the park, cinderella chimed in with exquisite lace."
She's adorable! Is she on your side or Josh's? I totally get the loving your nieces thing. I love my nieces and nephews soooooo much, they're like my 15 little brothers and sisters!
Those pictures are so dang cute. I am kind of sad that my little girl isn't so little anymore. We missed you guys at Disney on Ice. You would have loved it, Court. Probably Josh too. How could you not? It's Disney!
